Our Story
From one van in Limerick to all of Munster
Avon Guard Roofing started in 2003 with one van, one ladder rack and a reputation built street by street around Limerick city. Declan had served his time on period slate roofs and could not stand seeing good buildings ruined by rushed work, so the business was built on the opposite habit: inspect properly, quote honestly, finish completely.
Two decades later we run multiple crews covering Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Cork, Kerry and Waterford, handling everything from a slipped ridge tile in Castletroy to a two-thousand square metre warehouse deck outside Shannon. What has not changed is who answers the phone and who signs off the finished job.
Our mission is simple: keep Munster roofs watertight, keep the pricing honest, and make roofing a job people are glad they finally got around to rather than one they dread.
